Rotax Max Tuning

We have being a fan of arrive and drive owner karting for years at Track Designs. The firm favorite being the rotax max powered verity. As always, more power is often on the top of every ones list.

For the rotax max we have raised the engine capacity. Using a Polini 154cc barrel, piston and head kit. As the stoke is the same as the Rs125 bike engine the fitment is fairly simple, but getting the stroke to be in the correct place in the bore isn’t quite so easy. We can provide all parts needed to fit this grate kit to a FR125. We supply a spacer plate that lifts up the barrel, as well as a longer, race spec conrod. Meaning the FR125 Max bottom end castings and the Polini kit do not need any marching! We also can supply and recommend uprated main bearings. The standard bearings tend to fail when even on standard engines due to the poor cage design. Our own engine has done over 70 hours without a rebuild! Please contact us for more info.
