Black Top Zetec Front Mount Alternator Kit

We have developed this front mount kit, as we have often found that there was no simple way of removing the PAS, and also no easy way of mounting the alternator to the front of the engine block.

All parts needed to convert to this set-up are included in the kit, such as nuts, bolts and the correct size belt to suit. All parts are either anodized, zinc plated or stainless steel. A simple fit and forget solution.

CVH style mount compatible:
By moving the alternator to the front of the engine allows a CVH modified engine mount to be used to fit the Zetec into: Fiesta’s Ka’s, Escorts etc.

As standard we supply kits to suit the 4 lug A128 alternator that is used as standard on the Blacktop Zetec engine:
